Ingredients (serves 8–10 bites):
- 1 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins, dates)
- 2 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Optional: shredded coconut for coating
Steps:
- Chop or pulse the dried fruit into small chunks.
- Warm the honey/jaggery slightly and mix with cardamom powder.
- Combine dry fruits, seeds, and syrup into a sticky mixture.
- Roll into bite‑sized balls and coat with coconut if desired.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.



Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
